For Children and Youth
Daycare – Toddlers at this age are learning how to control their bodies. We work on hand-eye coordination, motor skills, strengthening muscles and keeping healthy and building pathways in the brain which aids physical development.
30 minute weekly classes
Preschool – This program brings additional physical activity to preschools. We provide a variety of exercises that build confidence. All classes include warm ups, exercise, stretching and cool down. This will encourage preschoolers to work together while having fun.

Elementary School – This program challenges this age group. At this age children are ready for competition but we make this a fun group session. We give the children the confidence and will power to start and finish all combined task of low impact exercises, cardio, stretching, strength building.
45 minute weekly classes
Middle School – This challenging program provides the students with a foundation to be physically active and fit throughout their lives. They will develop skills to help them build self-esteem, communicate effectively, work as a team and understand how their bodies work so they can move more effective and efficiently. Students will explore topics of body composition, nutrition, aerobics, strength training, flexibility and muscle fitness.
45 minute weekly classes
High School – This program will have a range of challenging exercises, such as: sit-ups, jumping jacks, step ups, jumping rope, running, walking, light calisthenics, light weight training, circuit training, and stretching. Working with a group will help students engage in their fitness plan and will be more enjoyable. Nutritional guidance will be provided to all students. Teen fitness plans improve academic performance, physical appearance, mental health, self-esteem, motivation, and overall safety, as well as increasing metabolism and preventing disease and injury.
1 hour weekly classes
It is very important for our youth to pass the healthy fitness test which are six fitness categories such as:
Agility is the ability to change and control the direction and position of the body while maintaining a constant, rapid motion.
Balance is the ability to control or stabilize the body when a person is standing still or moving.
Coordination is the ability to use the senses together with body parts during movement.
Speed is the ability to move your body or parts of your body swiftly. Many sports rely on speed to gain advantage over your opponents.
Power is the ability to move the body parts swiftly while applying the maximum force of the muscles. Power is a combination of both speed and muscular strength.
Reaction Time is the ability to reach or respond quickly to what you hear, see or feel.

All children should receive basic instruction in motor skills and sport activities through comprehensive physical education programs. We believe that such programs facilitate the skill and knowledge necessary to support an active, productive and healthy lifestyle. The X-Kids program will be an extension and complement physical education to ensure that all children are provided the opportunity, regardless of athletic skills, to participate in lifetime physical activity that can contribute to their enjoyment of leisure time. We believe school-based programs that work with X-Kids program will promote and provide a healthier lifestyle to all students in elementary, middle and high school years.

Summer Sports/Fitness Programs
Xmada Fitness sports/fitness programs focus on camper participation and positive reinforcement to continue and encourage kids, whatever their fitness or skill level. Building self-esteem is the key. We pride ourselves on offering great value for money and ultimately providing a memorable experience for your child.
Get the kids of the couch this summer! Xmada Fitness partners up with a variety of sports teams to provide fun and effective training for youngsters, divided into developmental appropriate age groups. Youngsters will learn how to improve coordination, running form and speed development, endurance, agility, strength and flexibility. Our program is an opportunity for youth to have fun and get fit.

Xmada Fitness provides many programs for the youth to have fun during the summer, winter and spring breaks from school. We have daily outside programs for groups and personal training available.
All our camps work to encourage your son or daughter to get active and work toward managing his or her weight. If you engage your child with our camp for only one summer, the benefits may last a lifetime.
